Go to Administration and click on Email Management
Click on Automated Emails
Use the filters to search for an event or filter by a time frame
Turn alerts on/off by clicking on this button
Hover over the alert
Click on the arrow to view the alert settings
Click on the pencil to edit the alert. Click here to view instructions on how to edit an alert.
Click on the circular arrow to reset the alert to the default template and settings
The below pop-up will appear. Click Yes to proceed or No to close
