You can create internal training records if you:
Go to Administration > Trainees > Assign Uploaded Training
Click on Add Training Information
Click on the button for further information
Fill in the Form
Type in the Training Title
Type in the number of months it is valid for.
- If you don't know the validity length of the course, use 0
- If it is a perpetual course that does not expire, use -1
Type in the Training Description
Click on the User Group drop down menu
Search and select the User Group. You are able to select multiple User Groups
Select Insert to add the training information to your Internal Training List
