Please note - Check Users shows active users. If you are unable to locate a user, click on User Management to check archived users.
To Check a User, Change their Password or Contact Information:
Go to Administration > Trainees > User Management
Click on Check Users
Click on the Trainee Menu to find and select the user
Click on Change Password to edit the user's password
Select Use Default Password to reset the password. Please email info@humanfocus.co.uk to confirm the default password.
Click Update Password
Click on Edit Information to edit the user's contact information
Email Users Login Details
Click Send Via e-Mail to send the user their login details
