You can creating Branching questions for Single Selection and Multiple Selection questions:

1. Select Single Selection or Multiple Selection for your primary question
2. Select the Branching icon
3. Select your Logic Conditions

4. Select the answer you will link your logic condition to
5. Create your Question
6. Preview your Question
7. Save to save and create your Question
