To create a Rating question type:
- Select Rating from the Drop Down Question Type
- Type your question
- Select your preferred Attributes
- Select the Score Weight if you have enabled Scoring Options
- Set the score bar to your accepted rating score
- Click on Preview to review your question
- Click on Save to save and create your question
