By scheduling your e-Folder you can ask the user to complete the same e-Checklists regularly to ensure necessary checks are completed within your chosen time frame.
Go to e-Checklists > Administration
Click on an e-Folder to view e-Folder Options
Select Schedule e-Folder
Choose the Schedule Type
You can choose from
- None - the e-Folder and e-Checklists within it will be available at all times
- One Off - the e-Folder will be available only once
- Minutes - the e-Folder will be available every specified minutes on the days selected
- Hourly - the e-Folder will be available every specified hours on the days selected
- Daily - the e-Folder will be available for the selected day(s)
- Weekly - the e-Folder will be available weekly
- Monthly - the e-Folder will be available monthly
- Annually - the e-Folder will be available annually
- Custom- customise when the e-Folder will be available
Set the Reminder email notifications
Before Expiry - choose a timeframe for the alert to be sent before the e-Folder is no longer available.
When you have chosen your time frame, select Add
These will only be sent to users who have their notifications activated. This can be checked and enabled in Assign Users.
Select Update Schedule to save changes
