How to use the Bulk Certificate Download App
1. Open the App
2. Login using your manager account login details
3. Select Trainee Type - Choose Active, Archived or All
4. Select Trainee - Choose a trainee or all trainees
5. Select Training - Choose one course or all courses
6. Select Date - Tick the box to filter by a date range
7. Click Start Download
8. Choose where you would like to save the folder. Click Ok
9. Open the downloaded file to view the certificates
