To View/Print a User's Certificate:
Click on Reporting Dashboard > User Training Results
Find the user you wish to select through the Filters - click here for full instructions
Click on the user to view details
Select the course you want to review
Click on Print Certificate to view/print the certificate
The certificate will open in a new window
